Our products and services were established with the belief that our guests and clients should always receive "hospitality at its finest." With that in mind, we have made that simple phrase the way we do business.
The company’s main office is located on #69 Hamster Road, and the other properties in which the Guesthouse Accommodations are located are #10 Marlin Drive, #5 Sea Beach Blvd, & two properties on #69 Hamster Road. The Guesthouse Accommodations branch of the Brownstone Group currently has 30 guesthouses, in the car rental branch of the company we currently have car rental fleet of 20 cars and a car sale option of 8 vehicles with plans to double the capacity in the near future. The Haitian Art and Accents Gallery branches are comprised of purchased inventory accumulated over the last two years from Haiti that is offered for wholesale purchase for our vendors and customers, "Selecto Coffee".
The continuous growth of the Brownstone Group has come from seeking innovative products to offer with excellent customer service as well as providing needed services to an untapped market. Located in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in northwestern New Providence, Brownstone at Marlin Drive features six luxurious guesthouses. These delightfully designed cottages are nestled in a secluded residential community that’s less than two miles from some of Nassau’s best beaches and just a 10 minute drive from the bustling Downtown district. Fully equipped with back up power to ensure our guesthouse rentals are always on to better serve our guest’s needs.

Located near one of the most scenic beach views in New Providence, Brownstone at Sea Beach features three deluxe guest houses rentals. These charming cottages are just a five minute walk from one of the most popular beaches in the area. Tasty delights can also be found nearby at some of the best restaurants and bars on the popular Cable Beach strip with a mere walk to the pubs, gym, restaurants and mall in Sandyport. Tall walls guard this location that provides quiet accommodations ideal for private guests looking to relax after a long day on the town. Brownstone at Hamster Road is the ideal and affordable place to stay when in The Bahamas. This location is frequently regarded as a “Hidden Oasis” with outdoor furniture designed to ensure you never want to leave. The largest of all the properties we offer, this location has been recently renovated to hold up to 8 guests when getting our deluxe suite option. Like our other locations, Hamster road North is fully equipped with back up power to ensure that our guesthouse rentals are always on to better serve our guest’s needs.

The newest location to the Brownstone Guesthouse portfolio offers that much needed private time for our guests. This adult only property offers four quaint and cost effective studio efficiencies for couples. The interior design of these Guesthouse rentals was purposely formed to portray love and compassion. Guests enjoy the modern layout as well as the spacious and private outdoor space and pool when stay at what has been nicknamed “Kozy Korner”.
