At Brownstone AirBnB/Hotel, towels are available for exchange after 3 days of stay and are based upon request of guest during the hours of 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., Monday - Saturday and Sunday 11:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Please prepare and provide all used towels for a Brownstone Representative to exchange. Please Note: depending on your unit location and availability of towels, your towel exchange may take some time to get to you.
