SERVICE CHARGE AND FEES
There is a onetime $35 service fee charge for the Guesthouses
Hide Out and Corner Nook at the Hamster Road location.
There is a onetime $50 service fee charge added, regardless of
length of stay at some of the properties. The Guesthouse Manor De' Trois has a one time $70 service fee charge added with a minimum stay of 2 nights.
There is also an additional 5% tax charge for all credit card users.
An Additional 10% VAT (Value Added Tax) will be added to all rates.
A $150 refundable security deposit is also required. (Cash/Credit Card)

PLEASE NOTE: There is now an additional fee per night of $10.00 that is automatically calculated in system for all future bookings, this fee is called an “Amenity Fee”.
At Brownstone AirBnB/Hotel, towels are available for exchange after 3 days of stay and are based upon request of guest during the hours of 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.,
Monday to Sunday. Please prepare and provide all used towels for a Brownstone Representative to exchange. Please Note: depending on your unit location and availability of towels, your towel exchange may take some time to get to you.
